PG Toys would like to announce that their first toy, the Gender-Play-Doh
Kit is now available for purchase! The Gender-Play-Doh Kit comes with a convertible bag, accessories and educational materials to allow kids to sculpt their own gender
identity. If you would like to buy one, or are a store owner and would like to order in bulk or on consignment, please email us at pgtoys.net at gmail d0t com .
Gender play is positive and healthy for children. PG Toys is making this kit in hopes of supporting kids in their exploration of who they are. We want these experiences to be carried throughout our children’s lives. We see gender as a spectrum, a choice and often that choice is taken away. Because gender can make us feel trapped, it is important for kids to gain the confidence to challenge these expectations. We construct gender everyday in our society and it is time for our children to constrcut their own.

This looks great– but you should be prepared for a lawsuit. People have been sued for marketing clay as “Fun Dough,” and here you are actually using a trademarked name (Play Doh) in your product. If you don’t have permission of Hasbro, consider renaming it before you have to deal with legal issues.
(Personally, I think that ethically, your product should be legal, but I believe the courts would disagree with me.)

Finally a way to open discussion with children about gender through activity and play. Thank you helping us find a new means to communicate with children in a way they can understand, helping them discover for themselves who they are and who their neighbor is.
If any legal issues arise about that name; nearly no such thing as bad publicity. Congrats and thanks, toast!
